Digital economy has become a key driver for global economic growth in the 21st century thanks to transformation of the smart and intelligent world, people’s ever-increasing  demand and intense global competition. According to the Research Report on Economic Focus of G20 released by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), among the G20 members, China’s digital economy had a rapid growth from 26.17 trillion in 2017 to 31 trillion in 2018, representing a growth rate of 18.4%. The figure soared 208 times more over a span of 16 years between 2002 and 2018, and served as a new indicator for domestic economic growth. It is obvious that business production and management modes have been undergoing digitalization. It is thus advised to keep abreast of the latest development of technology, which is based entirely on network. Our past experience in digital transformation tells us that network works as a channel for enterprises, not only serving as the pillar for supporting digital transformation such as cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and mobility management, but also imposing direct impact on digital project upgrade of enterprises.
